Theryx, Lord of Decay

He is the Rotfather, master of decay, and his symbol is a skeletal tree shedding blackened leaves. He gives the gift of entropy, corrosion, and ruin to worshippers of carrion cults, nihilists, and ruin-dwellers.

Holy Day

On Theryx’s Day, the people have a devout ritual of going through all their possessions looking for things that are broken, ripped, or otherwise unusable, or haven’t been used in over a year. Then, at nightfall, large bonfires are set up in the town square, and the items that were picked out from earlier in the day are brought to the bonfires and cast into the fires. The exception to this is weapons, firearms, and ammunition, for even the fortune soul that did not need to use their pistol over the year keeps it for protection, because you never know in this dangerous world.
