Isyra, Lady of Purity

She is the White Flame, mistress of purity and the banishment of corruption. Her symbol is a flame burning within a circle of salt. Her gifts to the world are cleansing, exorcism, and banishment of corruption. The worshippers are wardens and ascetics.

Holy Day

On Isyra’s holy day, when the sun is at its highest, the people gather at the communal bath house, where they bathe away a year of impurities in a multiple-hour bath. Not that people don’t bathe the rest of the year; this is symbolic washing away impurities in the body and soul, leaving them pure on the inside to face another year.
